    TOC NM and TOGC (HC) ID SHARED

    Any idea regarding TOC and TOGC ID being shared?

    Are they shared now? I think they are supposed to be separate, unlike icc.

    they are supposed to be seperated as they are two different events but somehow today was sharing id when entering in hc, so most likely a bug needing fixing
