Technical Cant download client

Im trying to download the game by utorrent but it has infinite connection to peers and at the start cant calculate the file size. I already tried a lot of different methods such as: using other torrent, reinstalling, connecting to the mobile hotspot, etc. Maybe if you are able to send me full client that would be the best option.
