Technical Redemption paladin quest

i completed tome of divinity and tome of valor quest and still didnt get redemption spell, any idea how to get redemption ? my paladin is at level 53 and i tried to get quest again by sharing it but it didnt worked out

i have alliance paladin and this is is my 2nd paladin bro and i have done quest correctly, that dwarf in the cathedral didnt gave me next quest.
