Is it normal that my Judgement of Justice only lasts 10 seconds on players? The tooltip doesn't specify a shorter duration for players specifically.

Judgement of Justice isn't classified as a movement impairing effect. Hence why pvp trinkets don't remove it, nor does Hand of Freedom.
Players on Wowhead claimed that the duration was nerfed to 10 seconds on players in patch 3.0.2 but I don't find it mentioned in patch notes. So it's likely they forgot to update a tooltip as well.

Trinket removes it. I have no idea if it's a bug.
Human racial does too, but Gnome one doesn't. Druids can't shapeshift out of this debuff either.
It seems like even developers were confused whether JoJ debuff is movement impairing effect or not.
I wonder if [Free action potion] resists that. Can anyone check?

Might've been an intentional change for all I know. It's not intuitive that it couldn't be removed, it's easily reapplied, and people used to complain quite a lot about it. I don't know.
