Mysterious Egg (Green Proto-Drake)

Has anyone been lucky enough to receive a Green Proto-Drake by opening mysterious egg recently?
I'm doing this weekly for more than a year now, but still no luck. I wonder maybe all the green ones we see were obtained through lottery?
I remember there was a hotfix for Captains Rumsey Lager recipe that never dropped, so maybe there is a bug within mysterious egg's loot table?

I'm aware of it.
Just wonder if no one managed to get it then why I'm even doing it. I remember there were players celebrating their dragon but it was kinda long time ago...

IU have it on 3 characters...It drops just a really low chance. Not going to get it, with normal RNG, from 1 or 2 eggs.
