Gearing a fresh toon with BOE and crafted items?

Hello guys.

As title suggests, I am unable to find any vendor with BOE items or items from professions such as Bladeborn Leggings.. are they not available? I was able to find some TOC gear on a vendor so at least for BOEs it doesn't make much sense that they are missing atleast IMHO.


Please advise.

264 Honor vendor but they're still BoE so you can mail them to your alt or have someone buy them for you.
