    Redemtion quest chain

    I have a pally in Icecrown name Retrodeath. I think I picked up the item for the quest chain for Redemtion but I accidentally throw away the item and now i don't have Redemtion. Is there a way I can get the quest chain back? HELP PLEASE AND THANK YOU
