Emblems from quest in Northrend

Can you get emblems from quests in icecrown and storm peaks on this server or not?

It's bugging the hell outta me. I almost done every quest in icecrown including ones like "opportunity" which are meant to give emblems but Im not getting any. Was this removed in 3.3.5 or am I missing something?

You are thinking of wrath classic, where some questlines would give 5x EoH, but that did not exist in 3.3.5
