I am honestly amazed at how bad every communication from staff has been so far.
Acting will make it better, even if it's 1% better.
Messages like that are literally just "No, it's not worth the effort, we are not going to do anything, just take it or leave" which is a very bad way to communicate to your playerbase.
Please at least try to respect the playerbase enough to communicate decently even if you are not planning to do anything. That's just embarassing to read.

I say this as an Alliance player; most people posting in this thread grossly underestimate and in fact almost certainly have no idea what it takes to run a server of this size.

i gave up on trying too get help for this issue so my only advice too alliance is too reroll or wait for faction transfer. no sense in looking for any help its not coming.

*PAID transfers from horde to alliance (even that ain't a thing right now, WHY? Why are PAID xfers not a thing?? two birds one stone)
*free normal mount for alliance
*3x professions for alliance (only until 300)
*free dual-Spec for alliance

So long the utopian dream of playing on a massively populated TBC server with a decent A/H Ratio and actual intended non-layered wPvP like blizzard had in mind in 07' when they were making the game.

I think there's no need for more solution spam because we already did it... but Warmane staff didn't write a single Word about it. As most said, "they're hordes" or "the gods sat down and started watching us kill each other and they're just waiting for an ally to freeze or drop to 10% and that" As each of us united that they even they did not write a single word about all this.

Why just free normal mount? How about
- Instead LvL 70 when you create an Alliance Char
- Every Horde Player needs to create an Alliance char and play it for at least 4 Hours a day, else every horde char gets whiped
- Free 100% Riding an 280/310% Riding + Every Mount is free, you also don´t need the rep
- Riding for Horde is double the cost, 280% is tripple the cost and you need to rebuy it every 2 weeks
- Every Raid can be soloed with no Gear by Allianceplayers, DMG and HP of Bosses is 350% for Horde players
PvP:
- Horde can´t Attack Alliance Player in wPvP, even if they get attacked
- Only half of the Playermaximum can join a BG on Hordeside, like only 5 Hordes can join in WSG and 7,5 in AB. The 0,5 Player 2 Players that get ported in an out randomly
- Alliance Player get a 100% HP and DMG Buff every BG
- Alliance Player also Autowin every BG
- Whenever a Hordeplayer buys a PvP Item, an random Alliance Player gets the item and the Hordeplayer gets autobanned for 2 Days
Its also not possible for Horde players to complain about the situation, because its their fault that they play something to their liking and don´t search the forum for threads of players whos feeling are hurt over the situation that not enough people gather around them to make sure they get everything they want without effort or have to endure minor disturbances while walking in area to pick flowers.
The % in the Titel is wrong btw. Its 99,999999863% of the Playerbase who play Horde.Edited: November 18, 2024

No need for anything free in game. That does not make sense, buying things like mount and dual talents are part of character progression and changing them would also touch economy, gold sink is important to keep it healthy. Hopefully race/faction change which will be added in P1 will be free from horde to ally and paid from ally to horde. That should help a bit. And i think its worth considering to change realm to PvE because due to world PvP its very hard to do anything outside of instances as alliance atm. Also maybe cross faction RDF like is on wrath realms because now ally queues on Onyxia are way too long. There are not enough people. Those things would be nice steps in right direction.

Changing the Real from PvP to PvE is deffinetly a good idea to reduce the Playerbase on both sides. Also a good thing, because People can focus on grinding mats and items from raids and dungeons. If they are bored, they can do some achievs. Because nothing else is there to do then.

There are plenty of activities to do. If people want real fair pvp they can queue BG or Arena. But yeah you are right, that would be maybe a bit too drastic change.

Just because you sign up for PvP and get transferred in Area with other people who did so doesn´t mean its fair by long. It can be 10v10 in WSG an one side still stomps the other into the ground without useing the full potential of every player. But thats what you get and that is one aspect of WoW PvP one simply has to deal with. And even if the same people who tell you that its currently 108% Horde player ofc tell you that hey also win every bg, its fairly balanced.

You wont remember it but I opened another faction imbalance post weeks ago, talking about the same problem.

At that moment, the problem wasnt even that bad but its getting worse every day.
-You can MITIGATE the faction imbalance issue by stopping the horde creation for 1-2 weeks for instance.
-You can ALLOW free character migration from horde to alliance to regroup friends or people who roll a different faction at the Onyxia's start.
-You can GIVE some bonus or perks to alliance to encourage new people to roll alliance.
This isnt an easy problem but unless you are looking to a 90-10 horde server something MUST be done.
