99% Horde - Why should anyone roll Alliance?

You wont remember it but I opened another faction imbalance post weeks ago, talking about the same problem.

At that moment, the problem wasnt even that bad but its getting worse every day.

-You can MITIGATE the faction imbalance issue by stopping the horde creation for 1-2 weeks for instance.
-You can ALLOW free character migration from horde to alliance to regroup friends or people who roll a different faction at the Onyxia's start.
-You can GIVE some bonus or perks to alliance to encourage new people to roll alliance.

This isnt an easy problem but unless you are looking to a 90-10 horde server something MUST be done.

Can be, not must. Must are only things like eating and breathing. Everything else is can. And why not roll 90 or 100% Horde server? You can still play the entire content, even PvP with Merc mode.

Santori is a guild leader of a huge alliance guild. ofcourse he has no issues with how things are. he has people who will help him do anything. this is not worth playing anymore until faction change opens up. DW Santori u and your other 19% alliance can sit there and wonder why u cant find anymore recruits.

Santori´s guild started their first raid week with 15 members (when the realm had queues btw), and the reason its become huge is because we dont give up when something isnt going our way.

And regarding the recruitment, indeed im not worried, the ratio doesnt matter that much as long as the realm has high player numbers.

Relax and enjoy the game, its gonna be fine.

You also have to keep in mind that its not even a handful of players who complain about the "Problems" with the Faction imbalance. If you would act because of them, you would most likely act against the will of the whole playerbase. Horde and alliance alike. Look how the original WoW went because they went with the smallest but loudest minority.

Being an Alliance player myself, I'd definitely take a faction change if I could at this point. However, there's no way we could get our entire guild to follow suit. The imbalance is very noticeable while questing in Outland.

its okay dude, i tried aswell my response was "character transfers will be available at start of phase 1" so just like me, deal with it till next week and faction change. dont worry about the health of the alliance pop they dont care.

All the servers snowball into faction imbalance, that is just part of wow
Blizzard resolved this in the past by simply having a lot of server
So you got like 10 horde only server and 6 alliance servers, and everyone was happy
Now blizzard just made everything cross-faction so it's not a problem

What do you expect to happen? Do you think that you, and just you and you blessing this thread with your presence, have the right to acutally demand instant Feedback (including Head from a Staffmember as makeup) just because you left some money here no one asked you to donate? Here is your answer: No, there will be nothing done to the situation besides Faction Change in Phase 1 where horde to alliance is free and alliance to horde is payed. Its an Information i got from Staff in another thread. And if you really are a Client Engagement Manager, then you would know that you are not a Business Client getting Enterprise Service from your business partner. This is no business relations matter, you have no contract with warmane and there for absolut no right to request a servicereply from the Warmane Staff.
