Site IP Address banned due to advertising. VPN issue

Hi,
Most of the website is inaccessible to me. I get a message about my account being banned when I try to switch tabs and a standard message about my IP address being banned due to advertising. It shows an IP -- that IP isn't mine. This started happening after I was on a VPN (for a completely different reason) and forgot that it was on when I logged into my game. I typically only connect to a VPN when it is required for certain activities and then I disconnect. This time, I forgot to disconnect. My assumption is that at some point someone else was on a VPN and got banned and that later got applied to my account.

I haven't been advertising. How do I appeal this?

Hello, had the same problem recently, i forgot to turn of vpn while logging in-game, and had this happend to me and i was not using a free vpn btw, what works is simply turn off your vpn and restart router and then try to log in via website and you should gain access to the account in-game, but you will most likely still have the ban status, just appeal it via ticket or you could also try writing [email protected], explaning everything
