Dmorph allowed or not for once and all

Hey, many posts i read its allowed, even Mercy commented, ingame i opened a ticked and asked a gm if its allowed and he said yes. its 2024.

But i opened another ticket to be 100% sure and, one of the gms said its not allowed, so its 2v1 in votes, can i get answer for that? i really wanna use it, but not worth to get banned! its just a customzation that noone else sees but me.
