1. The blunt truth is that they won't make a pve server. I won't go into reasons why. You really just have decide if the community of the PVE side is worth dealing with the pvp. I promise you it's possible to get to 80 if your smart about where you level. You CAN avoid gankers, and there will ALWAYS be an alternate method to leveling even if it isn't your favorite. I would advise you and anyone else tempted to make posts like this stop wishing for something that doesn't exist and stop making posts asking other people to change their servers to fit your taste. If you REALLY wanted a pve WotLK you can go learn the skills to create it yourself and find the money and team to start it.

    BTW if there was a decently coded, free and extra challenging PVE only WotLK server I would be there and not here. Warmane, despite its pvp and other oddities, is actually pretty good. If you haven't already given up I would also advise you to try Icecrown over Lordaeron. There is less people and harder content, which means tighter communities who generally know more about the game and are willing to help people starting out. I make a point to look for new players to the realm to help out, so try not to let the pvp discourage you.
