Has forced mercenary been turned on for Blackrock TBC?

Hi
I play horde on blackrock tbc and had mercenery turned off from beginning.
For first 6-7 hours it was working great as I was only matched with horde.
After w few hours im suddenly being alliance without changing any settings.

Tried to turn it on and off many times.relog restart game and I am still ally in BG.
Is it bugged or has forced merc been turned on stealth mode?

Now I am ally in more than half of my games when I made horde couse I wanna play horde.

It is both turned off in my account settings on website and in-game.

Blackrock has had enforced Mercenary for a long time now. Not sure why you'd expect Burning Crusade on the server to be different
