Technical Authenticartion Code not sending email

Hi there,

The majority of the time I sign in it requires a two factor autehntication and it requests an Authenticator Code, and normally it would send me an email with the code and there is no issue, but suddenly it has stop sending me the emails with the code and now I can't login.

Please help!?
