I did some basic porting for these a year ago if not more. May have to add/fix spells yourself.

BigDebuffs should do most of it. Most basic version of 2.4.3 LoseControl probably works on 3.3.5a client too (no promises)

No, nobody has made the effort. I couldn't be bothered to do it yet.
But ArenaLive does it.

It doesn't work unfortunately. Everything works fine on the simulator poster but not on the plates above the ig players.
