Not sure if this is intentional, but if you do SV quest chain and get friendly rep with them, you are unable to complete quests in Blade's Edge Mountains and Netherstorm, where you are supposed to kill nether dragons, since they are well... friendly. Just making sure it works as intended, or should be fixed.
