the authenticator is attached to email and i cant access the email anymore. i know the password correctly and it is my account (i can give details about character), can a mod contact me in dm ?

To get people who deal with account recovery to come on forums and dm you sounds like an uphill battle.
Why don't you write them exactly where they say you should write to recover your account?
