Realms Limit new lvl 55 DKs ability to send whispers and write on global channels

Some players create new lvl 55 DKs in order to get around in-game /ignore function so they can /whisper trash talk.

I suggest to limit new DKs ability to chat similar to new level 1 characters so that a number of new levels are required.
Ability to write on local channels, /say and /party or /raid does not have to be removed.

Instead of expecting a feature to be removed from every single character that might fit that, all because of some situation you're having with a player, report said player with screenshots of them using multiple characters to get around your attempt to ignore them.
