Spell Hit Gem

Add the +8 Spell Hit gem to the gem vendor.
As a pvp-centric realm, you know better.

a lot of other gems are missing also like 4 crit + 8 attack power, 9 bonus healing + 4 spirit, 8 attack power + 6 stamina etc etc

apparently, those gems are also missing on Onyxia and that is why we dont have them on Blackrock. but that just shouldn't be case. Although the recipes for these gems are pretty rare, surely multiple people would have acquired them by now on Onyxia which leads me to believe those recipes are simply not on the loot table in heroics as they should be

spell hit gems are 2.1 items, not 2.0 (current in game patch with t4)
they will come in february
