Where does this thing drop? I have been farming Nexus, Oculus, Ahnkanet Old Kingdom and even Botanica as it was mentioned in some old posts on the forum. I can not seem to get a single drop.

Must be bugged then, as I did normal nexus this evening and Telestra didn't drop the hat.
I also did Heroic oculus and Mage Lord Urom is supposed to have a 100% chance for green hat drop. He didn't drop it either.

Yeah it's bugged did nexus 4 times no drop , It's supposed to be a 100% drop chance , I can't finish my Winter Veil achievements because of this. If I won't be able to get the protodrake because of this I will be really pissed.

Yeah, I have been farming all those three instances. No luck! Either it is bugged or we are all very unlucky. I will keep trying...

I have the same problem. I read in chat today that it can now be dropped by monsters worldwide. This was confirmed when I was playing with my little shaman (36) in Razorfen today. The hat is still difficult to roll. Only needed for cloth wearers. Is the rumor true that the hat is dropped by undead monsters in the world?

Technically, ANYTHING has a chance to drop it, but it's somewhere around .01% I think. The 3 bosses mentioned in the ticket(s) are supposed to be 100% drop though.

Yesterday from HC dungens, it didint dropped, but today from Nexus HC it did drop, but I only had the greed option and no rolls showed up in chat, or who needed or greeded, then I offered for someone who got it up to 5k gold for it and for what I understand no one got it. even tho it dropped.

I was trying to get this crap whole sunday, and on monday it drops for me on my druid in ICC, but it's the wrong char.

Last night i got green hat from trash mobs just before Syndragosa in ICC10 normal. but i need it with another character and i tried Nexus both hero and normal but no luck. i hope its a bug and not a ****ti drop rate.

Update:Today I did Nexus on HC with two chars and it dropped both times and I did saw all the rolls and it looks like its fixed, but I noticed that cloth users can need it while others can only greed it.
