I used the support in the account tab, but for a few days there has been no response from you, although I received information that the matter would be resolved.
What is my problem? The character disappeared from my account...
Around 11.11.2024, I wanted to put the character up for sale, but I couldn't do it because when I tried to put it up, there was a message "We're currently experiencing technical difficulties, try again later". I had this message for a long time (maybe over a week). That day (11.11.2024), I wanted to put the character up for sale again, but this message popped up again. I closed the page and went back to my business. After a while, I logged into my account and the character was gone, I decided to wait, maybe some error. After a few hours, the character was still gone. I decided to write you a ticket (via the Support tab on the page).
On 15.11, I got information that the character would return to my account that same day. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The next day I was assured again that the character would appear soon. Still nothing.
And since then ZERO contact on this matter, even though I write to you EVERY DAY even a few times.
CAN SOMEONE FINALLY TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A WEEK TO GET MY CHARACTER BACK THAT I LOST DUE TO WHOM KNOWS WHAT
i have the same problem but it's not possible to create a ticket since its only option is "ban appeal" and since I do not have a ban to appeal it's not possible to create :( how can I contact the support team?
