Technical Does the ticket system work or is it just a machine that gives generic responses

So I should ask if the tickets in incecrown in the game are answered or do they have a random automatic response machine? Since I have sent several tickets regarding a bug quest that belongs to the chain from the Dragon Graveyard to the Gate of Wrath for a week now, i have send three ticket it week and the last two times GM Simpreza has answered me while i was online but it has been with generic responses without having read the information or tried to communicate via in-game chat.
I understand if it was due to a lack of details in the explanation, but as you can see in the image i tried to answer with as much detail as possible.

What I'm asking is if any of you have answered a ticket as a person, not a machine? Is it worth continuing to send tickets to see if it gets resolved or is it just a waste of time and the horde will never be able to complete the cultural master?

Report it on bugtracker, stop harassing GMs, poor dude can't even copypasta the right text, all messed up because he has to answer 1000 ******ed tickets every day.

Hahahaha and that was the only answer I wanted. I'm new to the server but I have the habit of at least getting a cultural master with my main. I guess it's impossible for the hordes here so I'll forget about doing the quest and all that and I'll concentrate on pvp like every server focused on pvp.

Have you tried the EveryQuest addon? You may be missing a few quests.

the problem is the npc that is the tauka boss does not respawn and where the key should be used it shines but does not let you click if it were a problem that I am missing some quest I would not have the quest in the journal also that differentiates from the secondary quests that quest that is bug is a main one of the horde that follows the story of the dragonblight map towards the door of wrath where the son of Varok Saurfang dies so it is easy to follow up on the quest for anyone who has played the horde in lich king since the boss revives the dead tauka warriors and faces a nerubian spiderlord

If you mean that EveryQuest can't tell whether you completed quests or not, you are wrong. You have to look in settings to fill the database of completed quests.
