WotLK What to buy first with Emblems of Frost for my Enha Shammy??

some people suggested a relic, some suggested a trinket and some said to go straight for T10 set. What do yall think? (Im thinking trinket maybe?)

I'd go for T10 asap.

T10 Helm/shoulders/chest depending on BiS list and what options those slots have in ICC10/25.

E.g. if shoulder items in ICC10/25 are bad, or hard to get, I'd get shoulders if T10 ones are BiS etc.
One way is to also just get the biggest GS upgrade, if you have harder time joining raids from the helm/shoulder/chest trio.
Never get hands/pants first. Leave those to VoA RNG as long as you can.
