i was getting whispered by a warlock in my group and he kept insulting my family and calling me racial and religious stuff which i didnt really care i would normally ignore these ppl and move on but he said he cannot be banned in warmane. like how can someone say such a thing as he is immune to bans. so i would really like to get him banned for his behavior or at least know why someone can say he cannot be banned with such confidence, i have screen shots of his whispers but dont know where i can post them as my ticket has not been answered for a while

He is not immune to bans. He simply have not done anything to get banned for. Sounds like he actually did read the rules, unlike you.

And, can you tell us, at which point in your life you started to think that it's normal to ban someone because he said something you did not like?

Have you even tried ignoring the player before trying to get him banned, or complaining that it's toxic?

You can use the ignore feature (right-click name -> ignore) to get rid of that person.

i understand the good old use ignore feature and ive used it, i really have no care for that person, my only concern is that, if such behavior is tolerated in this realm. everyone will encounter such behavior, u wont just ignore such disgusting human beings. they need to be held accountable for what they say in a mmorpg game, its common sense i dont think i need to explain this, every social platform and game on this planet does this to some degree

But they are being held accountable. By ignoring them, they lose access to one of the most important aspects of a MMORPG: the community. Sure it's just 1 person, but they more they "act up" they risk losing access to even more people. By losing access to people, they can't deal with others, and are effectively isolating themselves from trades and groups. This causes a chain reaction, where the community self-polices themselves.

Besides: WHY should the GM's ban someone for causing issue with 1 person? You'd have a slightly better case if this guy's guild or whatever was causing the issue, or this person was causing issues for multiple people, but just 1?

We understand that you are a little Hitler wanabe and those disguisting subhumans should be punished. It's all fine, it's your opinion.

But here things will happen according to Warmane rules here, and you should make your report when it's actually reached something approximating what is "harassment" here in rules.
So, use some ointment on area that hurts, sit on your left or right buttcheek while you play til it heals up.

u are just looking at one case, by not dealing with absurd chats, u are basically telling everyone that say whatever u want, so next time im dealing with someone i know that i am just free to say whatever disgusting thing comes to my mind, and my case is actually rare bec i dont think even 1% of humans are disgusting enough to say such things thats why im reporting it otherwise i encounter toxic behavior every day here. so if gms dont want to deal with a person that says anti semitic and racist and pedophilic stuff like candy then u are giving green light to others to do so aswell. and that mentally ill person will keep saying stuff like this all day here bec "just ignore him". ive never seen any community that is so ignorant to such matter tbh maybe years and years of dealing with such ppl made it normal for u but its really not for me

NO SOCIAL MISTREATMENT OR ANNOYANCE
We prize for a fun enviroment for everybody, meaning all players should follow that philosophy If you dont wish to have your gameplay disrupted by a GM intervention, just play nice and avoid ruining the gameplay of your fellow players. Below are some examples of what you shouldn't do!

• Spam/Flood: Using colored text or big Icons in global channels is not allowed. Flooding it with repeated messages neither. Avoid it to avoid being muted or banned.
• Racism/Discriminatory Behavior: Avoid at all costs, insulting someone's country, culture, lifestyle or skincolor. Even if you are just "joking" it isn't allowed. Slangs such as the n-word aren't allowed either, even in Guild chat. Don't blame guildies for reporting you. It's wrong and you should know that.
• Staff Impersonation: Pretending to be a Staff Member either to scam or threat someone is absolutely forbidden.
• Disrupting gameplay: Using minor exploits or poorly designed parts of game mechanics to noticably interfere with other players' gameplay. Examples of such are: Resetting NPCs while other players joust with them on Argent Tournament and joining RDF only to idle and refuse to leave on your own to avoid the debuff.
• Chat harassment: Stalking should be reported as harassment. Do not call out other players in public chats or whispers to send threats, divulge personal information, or persistently offend the other after being put on his/her ignore list.

if you have screenshots. post them on a imgur link in a In game ticket report with the link to the screenshots. if he did say the things you're saying he did then he will get in trouble most likely. dont mind angrylol hes just trolling and instagating stuff for no reason. you're not in the wrong that guy whispering you is and this angrylol isnt helping by trolling you.
