I wanted to do the quest Noth the Plaguebringer Must Die! but when I accepted the quest it didn't appear in the quest log and the question mark doesn't appear on the NPC either. Does anyone know if it's a bug? It happened to me previously with another one of my characters but I didn't pay attention to it.
