its very easy. you stop whining and you do what warmane wants you to do. Stop playing on Onyx and transfer to Blackrock. After 30 hours of farming BG you will be fully geared, fully enchanted+gemmed ready to own anyone. Its simple as that

I see no troubles in playing against and with blackrock guys. Just don't do PvP if you can't bear it.
