Lordaeron Can't login nor Change my password

Hello,

i just came online and tried to login but the game keeps saying my password ich wrong, and i also cant change it at the website, it always tells me invalid new password no matter what kind of password i try. Also i tried making a support ticket but i can't cause only topic i could choose is something about ban but im not banned it seems.

Update

I have no idea why but suddenly i can login again, didn't change anything it just works again now.

somehow the game only lets me play with administrator rights, it seems very strange to me. Even I, with little computer knowledge, would say that it is not really safe.
