I got my account back and updated password and email. I can't log in though. Am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to wait a bit for the password to update? I put both my account names in but none works.

It either says that the information is not valid or that the account is closed/no longer available to use (Which it isn't)
If it says the account is closed that means you are banned permanently.
It should say the reason here. https://www.warmane.com/account
Account status says "In good standing". Where can I see if it's actually banned permanently?

Are you sure you're logging in with the same account?
Are you using VPNs or something else that would make your browser and your wow client have different IP addresses?
