Arena Personal Rating rollback WTF?!

What happened to the last fights played this week? My fights were played and the rating was deleted...

same happened on both of my 2v2 teams, the team rating stayed correct from my sessions yesterday but my personal rating, record, played games count, etc all rolled back a significant amount (losing 50-100 games)

there was a major mmr bug a couple days ago that resulted in people having 3k+ mmr or 21k+ personal team rating
some players gained a lot of rating that they shouldnt have gained by winning vs these bugged teams (there were a lot) so ratings got a bit inflated for people that played during this time

maybe this is a late response to fixing this issue?

In case if this bug is realted to those MMR-inflated teams, then can maybe some more gentle fix be impplemented?
I definetely didn't play vs too high mmr teams... and games count + personal rating were rolled back.
In any case, if it is an official decision from administation and same fixed was applied for all players and all teams, then could we please get the official statement from administration?

it says all my teams have 0% played, does that mean we have to all do games again today or we won't get points for the week? How frustrating. Amateur hour continues...

its not even that the pr was rolled back I also have to catch up 30% games played on a team with 50 games played on tuesday evening because you didnt roll back the weekly games played, really brilliant move

i played over 160 games on some chars so no arena points for me this week thanks warmane

Im just glad it was fixed the day before flush else someone would have gotten like 30 points more than intended

looks like the ladder is still reflecting correct games played/ pr but in game all games played have rolled back except total games played in the team.

rip its not like pvp needs to suffer more on Onyxia

I've been waiting for a week for arena points to be awarded in order to purchase an item, and the administration wants to say that oh, sorry and that's it!!???

The same ****. Joined team last week and played 100+ mathes. Yesterday the stats started showing that I have 0 games on my team, today I didn't get arena points.
The history of matches in the armory is also displayed incorrectly, as the last matches are shown as January 3, not January 12 and 11.
Also a player who has not been in the team for a long time is displayed.
