Some please identify this addon, PLEASE

i've been losing my mind over this addon that pops up in the middle of my screen and right over my healing bars in raids and dungeons. Been trying to remove it for days but I don't know what it is, I deleted DBM, I deleted OmniBar, I deleted OmniCC AND IT IS STILL THERE. Please help

Looks like Vuhdo but maybe I'm biased since I use it exclusively.

The grid may be vuhdo, the buff timers are quartz.
