I have played 10 arena games with my fella and no arena points have been distributed today. Onyxia realm

Lots of people didnt get points this week, including myself... Yet no official reply came ever, and my ticket is on the top corner for like 12 hours so far...

same, was wrong personal rating, and no points. my team mate get points and personal rating, i get back my personal rating but still no points...
