WotLK How to activate my account? Plz Help

I donated coins with my account, then I asked for 20 coins from my cousin and got them. Afterwards, I couldn't enter the game, I opened a ticket and explained the situation, but I always got negative and strict responses. They didn't activate my account in any way, I can't access the characters I worked so hard for and played with pleasure, and now I'm blocked from opening a ticket, strangely enough, they didn't help me at all. As a result, what should I do, does anyone have a suggestion? Or has anyone experienced such a problem and solved it? Thanks in advance

If you managed to get yourself banned from contacting Support there's nothing to be done. They are very lenient and patient, it takes someone being ridiculously insistent and annoying after receiving a no multiple times for them to go that far. Whatever you did, it's more than obvious you aren't telling the whole story to paint yourself as an "innocent victim," and that isn't going to have any positive effect. Accept the fact you forfeited your account when you decided to break our rules.
