Burning Crusade Mail spammers - what the hell is this?

Can someone tell me what is this? And how to get rid of this?

Everyday I receive 100 mails from some bots, I report it as spam everyday but then next day I get the same messages xD

The GM was looking into it and then you logged off before he could whisper you.

because it is sent from Unknown user (I dont know how they do this..)

by the way - still no contact from admin and I still get the messagess

I *think* what they are doing is sending you the mail and then deleting the character.
