I'm looking for an addon like DCP, but that flashes more than one spell in the center of the screen when they're ready.

I know it's not exactly the question you asked but dcp can be configured so the cooldowns are displayed for a shorter period which should make it easier to see when several cooldowns reset at once.

Another option is to use MSBT, which I can't live without - it also shows cooldowns when they reset.
