Help, what is cuasing me crazy LAG for 1-2 sec whenever i use certain abilties?

lag spikes most noticeable on wotlk for some reason, but im using weakauras 4. and the Tsoukie addons from https://gitlab.com/users/Tsoukie/projects but I have tried disabling addons one by one and still i experience it pretty much always and it randomly doesn't lag... what could be causing this??? its especially bad when i change forms on druid or press bubble on priest.

Try a fresh install without addons?
