[Suggestion] Rewards for TANK and Heal for que-ing RDF HC
Please excuse me if there is topic regarding that, I did not scroll all the way down.
Recently I started playing casually on [Icecrown] and I noticed that I have been staying in RDF que for 12-3+ minutes due to the fact no Tank/Healer is entering RDF.
So, my suggestion would be to give a small reward like a [BAG] with regents, flasks, potions or even a small chance of a mount drop (options can be different) to the Tank/Heal. That would definitely boost the interest of Tanks and Healers que-ing and speed up the que time

A bunch of people who don't want to tank or heal, there only to get some handout? Doesn't sound like environment people would enjoy.
Instant que is already a huge reward for playing tank.
having such reward would be totally cool. afterall, tanking and healing are both roles which most people don't like and avoid due to the amount of accountability that hold and share regardless of being in raid or party environment.
and no, having instant queue is not a reward on itself, why? Simple. tanks and at some extent healers are the ones who still benefit on having insta queues. as for dps'ers you have to rely on luck either you get instant queue or wait 15 mins for the next dungeon queue.

Yeah, something must be done. Not big rewards, but the Q time it's insane as dps and this reflects on the activity of the server. Many new players just give up from gearing after they reach level 80 cause they have to wait 1-2 hours daily in queues.

Why would it be worse in any case scenario? You motivate the Tank/Healer to que more often as they get, (lets call it reward bag), in that way more and more tank/heals will que which will result in more RDFs for the DPS's and people who just want to make their daily RDF.
how about WTB tanking/healing service instead? since u guys dont wanna play tank/healer yourselves
I tried doing the WTS/WTB services and can tell that it resulted in a lot of hate and negative whispers.
Overall it was just a suggestion, which does not change or affect the game or the play style at all, it would just boost the Que time and motivate even more players to que, if the rewards bag is attractive

People who que with their tank/healer offspec just to have instant que will choose to que with their main spec, which they actually enjoy playing. Since there "should" be more tanks/healers who really really want to tank and heal now.

I believe you did not get my point at all lol... My suggestion is to motivate TANKs & HEALs with a reward bag, ONLY them, not everyone in the RDF... Obviously if everyone get reward, nothing will change and que would be the same.
Let me make it clear with the suggestion, because seems you dont get it. TANK or HEAL ques (those are the specs you wait 15min+ to que) and when RDF finishes they get A BAG with lets say (potion/flask/materials/+1 emblem, options are endless) AND only they get that bag, not everyone from the RDF. You just want to reward tanks/heals for your own convenience, rewards that aren't out of your pocket.
The aim is faster queues for you, so that you can take those 2 EoF's faster. Do you think tanks/heals are any different? They just get extra rewards for their 1 daily dose of RDF hell. It won't make them spam RDF for lazy DPS who can't spec into tank/heal themselves for fast RDF queue.

It was perfectly clear to me from the start.
You are the one who doesn't get it, it will not work out the way you think, I can bet gold on that.
Not much else to say here other than, if you are a logical person then you would understand, that making people wait 30 minutes for a queuing will cause you to lose players/customers. I am a tank and a healer and sometimes I just hop into a dungeon because I know there are none queuing to help out, but that is still rare.
Remember, this server is 10+ years old. Every veteran player like me, will have maxed out in gear, if not then at least the main set pieces (indicating we do not need any pitty emblems). To keep the player count up, we could just introduce a small reward for tanks/healers, it does not need to be big.
But this thread will 100% get denied either way, but yeah nice try.
