1. Make the blackrock PVE quests take less time

its incredibly difficult to finish all of these quests within a week, and then it resets and you have to start over from scratch the next week having got 0 loot .... You can full clear kara in 1-2 hours and get way more loot ontop of that. its actually insane how the entire blackrock community is complaining about these awful quests and they haven't been changed. Not to mention the quest objectives completely grief the objective of the BG and ony players. why make an arena server that makes it impossible to get gear to compete with people on a remotely even level.

Isn't that normal in PvE raids too? 1st you have to form a raid group, get the bosses down, get the right loot and then you even need to roll high(er than others).
There are weeks when you don't even get any loot. Is that impossible concept for Blackrock players to not get items instantly? Don't forget the road to 70, and then the rep and gear grind for a chance to partake in a raid.

If Blackrock players got items easily through their everyday gameplay loop (do BG hurrdurr brrrrrrrrr), they'd fast out-gear Onyxia players that have to put in a lot work to obtaining any upgrades. That's obviously something Warmane doesn't want to happen. Onyxians have to put effort into improving their characters, and so should you.

Crying & complaining usually gets you nowhere. Giving constructive feedback, suggesting your own edits / tunes / versions for quests is far more helpful. Setting realistic objectives to suggestions is advised.

  3. the sad reality is the overall time investment is far greater on blackrock than it is on normal server. at a glance it seems what you say would be true but when you can full clear kara in 1-2 hours..... your weekly investment to get the gear you need is 1-2 hours instead of 20-40 hours... weekly.

Teach us how to get the item you want to drop and how to win the roll every week.

  5. Nope, that isnt "normal".

In raid, you get atleast ALWAYS a set piece - even if its not your set, you still get it.

  6. a good solution would be allowing us to pick up the quest we want. obviously not at the start of a raid tier, but maybe a month or so into it. the raid only takes 2 hours max. these quests can take all week to complete and you have to progress thru all of them, which is fine, but could definitely be changed and not cause any issues

Last 2 lockouts, 0 ICC loot for my mage. Sure, they were incomplete pug runs. 1st week I had bad rolls, 2nd week I had nothing to roll for.

What if quest rewards might not be for you, but you still get it. :)

  8. Don’t forget, in PvE Karazhan, the boss drops 3-4 items, if I’m not mistaken. In Blackrock, it drops 1, and rarely 2. Yes, we don’t have to /roll against other players, but keep in mind that the bosses in Karazhan have between 12-15 items each, while Magtheridon has 19. Can you imagine the luck needed to get your item in Blackrock when you’re most likely to only get 1 item drop per boss? I’m also not mentioning the amount of people disrupting or griefing the BGs since we all have this quest. And yes, if you’re unlucky, it can take the whole week to finish all the quests for Kara, Gruul, and Mag. I think the best option would be to implement the same system we had on Blackrock 3.3.5 for the progresive realm Frostmourne , where every item had a high rating requirement with a significant amount of arena and honor. This would resolve all the griefing and disruptive gameplay in BGs. Or at least, let us choose which quests we want to finish so we can skip unnecessary ones where we don’t need the item."
