As the title says I play 3 characters on 1 of the 3 I did not receive any arena points even though I played 11 games on it last week, and I believe this also happened a few weeks back, can anyone let me know if I might get them in a day or two or am I just scr*wed? Guess I'm a bug magnet at this point.

Yeah writing in game tickets is useless, you will just receive a generic response telling you there is nothing they can do or to take a look at the bug tracker and report it there, which I did and it got closed because "it's already been reported". I've had an issue where I bought a character from the trade for coins, and it had the SSC attunement quest in the quest log "The Cudgel of Kar'desh" where you need to loot Nightbane and Gruul, I killed both bosses and tried to loot the item but there was nothing to loot, assuming the person whose character it was already looted it and didn't turn in the quest but because he didn't include inventory when selling the character the items disappeared, and so I wrote a ticket asking for help - or an advice on how to proceed, and they reply saying it is not something they can assist me with. Can you imagine? Warmane - I am not your enemy I am just trying to play the game and contribute the server with donating and with my presence, I am saying this because I am sure there will be a moderator replying trying to "put me in my place" because that's the only time you guys address some issue is when someone triggers you and calls you out.

If your ticket is legit and not asinine they will respond. I've had many good interactions with the GMs on the side of things.

Ask them to reset the quest chain for you. It helps if you list the quest IDs involved. I had to do this to finish loremaster after doing some quests out of order due to bugs that were fixed years ago.
