Is it impossible to get spellfire set on blackrock?

I don't see it in the warmane store, I also don't see it from any of the vendors, and when I go to the NPC location who sells the recipe, the NPC (Gidge Spellweaver) does not exist inside shattrath.

Nevermind i see you can train spellfire tailoring and get the recipes right from the profession NPC and you don't need to manually collect recipe.
