Site Has anyone from NA been able to actually use the donate option?

Nothing is working, everything is being rejected, I have donated in the past. Anyone figure a way?

I only use the CVS gift cards and the last one I bought will not work. I have been back and forth with Terminal3 since December 24th and they are no help. It was a complete waste of money. I have also contacted support and there's really nothing they can do. Its up to Terminal3 to assist us or not..
