How else to farm EoF's?

Hi im Alexis from icecrown server with my paladin i want to farm EoF's from my next level equipment.
I know I can get 2 per day from RDF, There's gotta be other ways, right?

VOA 10 and 25 raids will drop 2 each
Weekly raid quest by Violet Hold dungeon in Dalaran drops 5
One time quest reward from Inside the Frozen Citadel quest chain drops 5
Quest from Ruby Sanctum drops 5
World event bosses can drop 2 a day
Main source of EoF is from ICC and RS raid bosses

So the answer technically is you can't farm them. There are only so many you can get a week.
