Frostwolf Low Population (Mists of Pandaria)

Do you guys know why the Frostwolf realm is low populated? Do you know if Warmane will get a new realm with a new expansion?

Wtlk is great, but i've been playing this exp for years, besides that a like how classes have evolved with thew new expansions.

Because it doesn't have any development, it has many bugs etc.

My understanding is they just keep it alive. Some fixes may happen, but that's about it. Last changelog on Frostwolf was December 2022.
