Site 8 points voucher promotion but when used, only 4 points value

Hi I'm trying to use my promotion code to buy a 18 points item (i have 10 points collected), but when i apply the voucher, the 18 points items says it costs 14 points insead of 10

What voucher? Discount code? Its either 30% or 20%, 30% will reduce the cost of item to 14 points

You want an item that costs 18 points to be reduced down to the 10 you have? So you essentially want a ~55% discount on a points item. Discount codes are almost never that high. Best I've seen on my two accounts is 40%. Even then you'd need 11 or 12 points, a.k.a 1-2 more days depending on your status.

The voucher is % to the sale, most likely 20% in this case. The 8 points you got from Warmane as a gift is already added to your account.
