Gold gone

Hello friends, I am new to the game, so thats why i am asking such a question. Before few days I sold some items in the auction house and I earned around 500-600 gold from them. I took them from the mailbox and they were full day in my inventory. After i quit the game and log-in again my money wich were earned from the items were gone and my items were no refunded. So now i don't have the items and money. Please help me how to refund my money or items back. Or how to contact server support for help. Thanks!

You may have been unaware of the planned gold squish across the warmane economy (sans onyxia), you would have seen all gold bags, in game mail, etc reduced by half (50%). This is a normal process that established servers go through once a year. If you feel like this response doesn't address your issue please use the Bug tracker page to make a report for Devs to address it. Best of luck to you here!

It's an annual thing that happens around February/March.

UPDATE: Yes I also found information about this gold annual squish, which is also new for me because I am new to the game. After sold items i had around 1200 gold and now they are 600. Just this squish happend in the same time and I was very confused, but anyway thank you guys very much for the information and the fast reply! I wish you all the best !
