Technical ElvUI problem - bugged action bars in druid forms

Hello! So my problem is following - Whenever I change into a bear, the action bar, sure it changes, but only visually. So to put it simple - on the changed bar I have, let's say a demo roar under hotkey "2" and on my main bar in no form stance it's binded for heal. So when I'm in bear form and try to use demo roar it takes me out of form and starts casting heal, also when I move the heal somewhere else on action bar and then press "2" for demo roar - nothing happens, not even error speech like "you don't have enough rage" just nothing. I tried writing something in the action paging section under ActionBars in elvui settings, and for a while it worked, no problems at all. But then after I logged out and came back the problems started and it seems like my stance bar only appears visually, but it's not there, instead my main bar stays "active" in druid forms and when I try to use feral skills I end up using skills from my main bar that take me out of my druid form. I tried resetting main bar to default which has some paging script present already, but that didn't help either. I'm stuck and can't enjoy my druid experience. Also when I press the skill with mouse it works correctly, anyway I link you a video to present you visually what is my problem.

did you fix it somehow, i have the same exact problem, ruins the druid gameplay

Don't use snowfallkeypress addon alongside elvui, never. That's usually the main (and only) issue. Because elvui already has it built in, so it messes with your binds otherwise
You can and should: esc>elvui>actionbars>bar 1 and paste this in the actionpage text replacing yours, if you want the form bars to be more proper, or feel free to edit to make it better:
