LVL 55 DK Twink with lvl 60 axe??

I saw that DK Dumrok and he has the greatexe of the ebon blade. like how did he got it even if you turn your experience gains on x0.5 you cant get to the last quest without hitting lvl 56. does anyone understand how he did it?

He got ported to orgrimmar to turn off exp

yeah but than he cant get back to the area thats how it works I also tried it

The character is from 2016, very likely that it was working back then.
In Cataclysm you can do the same thing with goblins to lock your exp at level 10 and get your best in slot wrists at 10.

How did you even do that? It should be impossible... You can't leave until you've learnt Death Gate.
