Today I wish to ask you, if anyone knows about bag addons or mods that show the bag of arrows on the back of the character.
I really wish to see it while leveling up,

Don't think there's a single displayed quiver in the game*, unless it's on some NPC. * I tried to think for a second or two.
It would've been nice, but sadly we don't get to experience that.

its actually a thing in vanilla/classic however it does not work for every bow in the game.

I *think* to have a quiver on your back you need to have it equipped as a bag. In vanilla and tbc it was mandatory to use a quiver, but in wotlk it isn't, which is why you don't see it.

True, but the quiver is only visible when shooting a bow. Not visible otherwise.

I thought it was visible aslong as you had your bow unsheated?

Here's how quiver works in 3.3.5 (quick thest on Icecrown).
Specifics:
Blood Elf Hunter, level <5.
Bow
Two-Handed Axe
One-handed dagger on main hand slot.
What I found out:
1. Quiver must be equipped as a bag for it to be displayed, but there are conditions for it.
2. If you don't have a melee weapon on your back sheathed* (e.g. 2 handed axe), unsheathing a bow will also display quiver.
2.1 Quiver won't be displayed while shooting if you had bow in hand and sheathed 2 hander before combat.
3. When you have a melee weapon on your back sheathed, quiver is only displayed while shooting replacing the weapon on your back.
*Didn't test if/how transmogged 1 handed weapon with hip to back placement, or vice versa.
If you wanted to have quiver 24/7 on your back: Run bow in hand, with one-handed melee weapons that are placed on the hips.
