WotLK Safe shifting addon / macro

Hi, is there an addon or macro that prevents shifting out of form when stunned or incapacitated? I’ve read that something like that exists, but I can’t find one for WotLK. The problem is when I get stunned in Cat Form, spamming Bear Form shifts me to Caster Form, and I get obliterated.

yes, putting a exclamationmark into your 'powershift' macro prevent you from leaving form before entering the new one making it perfectly spammable, also good for shifting into the form you are already in for breaking roots and snares.

Yes, that's what I do. However, what happens is that when, for example, you're stunned in Cat Form and want to switch to Bear Form when the stun ends, spamming a macro with "/cast !Dire Bear Form" shifts me out of Cat Form into Caster Form while still stunned due to the spam. I know there’s an addon that "secures" the shifting process by adding a line of code to the regular macro, preventing going caster while cc´d, but it seems to be for newer patches.

If you use default skill (no macro, just, let's say, bear form skill on your panel) and spam it when you're stunned in cat form, you will not go to humanoid form. So you created the problem with some kind of macro. You shouldn't use such kind of macro in PVP because if you do, you can easily get sleeped by druidfeared by hunter. instead use default skills + dedicated key with macro to cancelform (can pair it with stopcasting). Much more useful, no flaws + you need a key with /stopcasting anyway.
with this setup, let's say, a druid casting sleep on you in cat form (oh and you could be stunned!), casting time, let's say, 1s (less than your GCD during shifting - it's 1.5s). You don't have any stuns available - cant interrupt. 1st cast - you shift out of form - his cast fails, you go back to form to continue damaging - GCD 1.5s. he's casting again, 1s cast time - you have to press your cancelform macro again (can't cancel form by pressing form key again while you're on GCD if you use default spell w/o macros, and if you use that kind of macro you do, you'd just instantly reshift = get sleeped).

Thanks, i´ll take the advice for a dedicated cancelform. The problem i see is if i want to shift out of form to remove snares and slows will consume gcd, but i´ll figure out how to deal with those. The addon i was looking for is called Druid Macro Helper https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/druidmacrohelper, but i think it doesn´t exist for wotlk. Thanks for the help!

Feral secure ability toggle doesnt work perfectly and sometimes it kicks you out of form, when the action happens too fast.
Doesnt matter if you use macro or skill from spellbook. Your form can be cancelled, if you try to shift into bear/cat at the same time you get stun.
what's more, powershifting sometimes fails and shifts you out of a form, when you spam button. It turns into form and out again, leaving you in caster form with gcd.
these problems have been going on for years, and on other servers too.It happens rarely, but it's very irritating.
