Lordaeron Character marked for rename.

I have just logged into Lordaeron after a few months offline and one of my characters has been marked for a rename. I have had the character and name for over 4 years, what might have happened that I need to change its name. (the character name is nothing inappropiate).

I have tried to write a support ticket, but the only category is "ban appeal" which does not apply in this case.

I understand I will probably need to accept this and rename the character, but I have grown quite attached to it and wish to know if there is anything else I could do.
